Citizens of European Union (EU) member states do not require visas to enter and stay in Poland and can stay indefinitely.
Citizens of other countries including the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Israel can stay in Poland for up to 90 days without a visa (see the full list below). After the 90 days are up, nationals of these countries must leave or apply for a residence permit.
All citizens of other countries need to check with their nearest Polish embassy or consulate in their country for full visa requirements.
