Cosmic Football - Fabio Capello
England manager Fabio Capello is the subject of this month's Cosmic
Football astrological profile.
The success that Fabio Capello is currently experiencing as England
manager comes as no surprise to me as I look at the Italian's
chart.
At present, Saturn is sextile Saturn, which is all about balance.
From a football point of view, Capello has finally put together
an England side with players who complement each other well, so
this placement is manifesting itself of the football field. Saturn
sextile Saturn is also time when achievement can be made and good
relationships built. England's qualification for the World
Cup is the obvious completion of a set goal, while listening to
various England players' praise for their manager, Capello
would also appeared to have gained the respect of the changing room.
With Saturn squaring the Sun, the present period of time is not
completely without challenges for Capello. There may be a problem
with a certain individual, who might not be receptive to his plans/suggestions
and his diplomacy may be tested as a result. October is an interesting
month - I sense a possible dispute or communication problem
with Mars hitting Mercury and Venus. Strange as it sounds, with
the manager currently being flavour of the month in the English
football media, but maybe there could be a falling out with a journalist
or TV station around the corner.
As England move towards the World Cup in South Africa in 2010,
I see clear signs that success is on the horizon for Capello. I
have looked at the charts of previous England managers ahead of
major tournaments for the last few decades and I have honestly not
seen such a positive looking outlook as is evident in his chart.
At the moment, Capello's planetary placements are all about
laying foundations for a future project. It is also a time when
he is able to see individuality in people and their strengths. This
is essential as he looks to get clear in his head which players
to take to the World Cup. With Pluto quintet Venus, it is could
be a period where old relationships will be ended. I wonder whether
this could be significant in terms of his relationship with David
Beckham, who he had mixed feelings about while at Real Madrid? If
Beckham isn't included in the next England squad, I could
see him being left out of the 2010 squad.
There are three Jupiter trines in Capello's chart presently
- one in Uranus, one in the north node of the Moon and one in the
Sun. These are all excellent placements. Jupiter trines in Uranus
are all about direction and moving in a positive direction as is
Jupiter trine the north node of the Moon. Jupiter trine the Sun
is a lucky placements and this continues in Capello's chart
for somewhile yet.
In June/July 2010, Mars is conjunct Mars in Capello's chart
and from a sporting perspective, you can't get much better
than that. It represents, energy, success and fulfilling your greatest
ambition. I've rarely seen such a positive planetary arrangement
fall almost spot on with the date of a major tournament and because
of this, I'm going to be brave and put my neck on the line.
In my opinion, England will win the 2010 World Cup.
The only slight factor that could go against Capello leading up
to South Africa 2010 is the presence of lots of Uranus in his chart.
This can cause an individual to seek great freedom and can lead
to a lack of focus. Looking at the determination on Capello's
face though, I strongly doubt that this Uranus will affect him,
especially with such a powerful planet as Mars in his chart in such
great abundance.
Visual cues are a clear indication for astrologers as to what
planets in an individuals chart. Watching Capello on the touchline
against Croatia at Wembley a couple of weeks ago, I knew he'd
have tonnes of Mars in his chart. This is definitely the case. Capello's
chart is full of sun signs, so much power and strength. Such a contrast
to Steve McClaren, who's chart is dominated with water and
air signs.
Success goes hand-in-hand with Fabio Capello, it's written
in the planets. Next summer, his name will be written on the list
of World Cup winning managers too, mark my words.
