Which team qualifies along with the Netherlands looks the likely
scenario in this tough group. Any of the Eastern European teams
Romania, Bulgaria or Slovenia could challenge for second spot behind
the Dutch though Romania must be slight favorites. Albania and Belarus
are no-pushovers though Luxembourg probably are.
