EM Stadion Wals-Siezenheim (reconstruction) - 30,000 capacity.

EM Stadion Wals-Siezenheim, Salzburg. The EM Stadion Wals-Siezenheim is located in Wals-Siezenheim, which is just outside of Salzburg. It opened in March 2003 and is the home ground of Red Bull Salzburg.

Current seating capacity is 18,200. By June of 2008, however, that will be expanded to 30,000 for the 2008 European Football Championship.

It is the only stadium in the Austrian Bundesliga that has artificial turf. Instead of grass, matches are played on "Polytan's FIFA 2-Star Recommended 40mm surface Ligaturf with a 25mm elastic layer," which was installed in 2005.

Tram: Lines 1, 20, or 28.

Bus: StadtBus Line 1 from Central Station. Get off at EM Stadion Wals-Siezenheim.
