Soccerphile Ltd. Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase due to error on our part, or if the item is damaged or faulty, please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date on the postmark. We shall issue a replacement where possible. If a replacement is not possible, we shall give a full refund of the price you paid for the item.

If you purchased the item using Paypal any items will be refunded using Paypal.
Please make sure to add the email address you used to make your initial purchase to your Paypal account (you can add up to eight addresses) and confirm the new email address.
The money will then immediately appear in your balance after a refund.

Please confirm your email address with Paypal.
Any payments sent to an account will not appear in the account balance until the user has completed the registration process by confirming their email address.

In the event of your having to return an item, please pack the item securely and add a slip of paper in the package including your name and contact details. Wherever possible, please insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Soccerphile.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Your statutory rights will not be affected.
