Tottenham Hotspur have joined West Ham United in declaring an interest in moving to the 80,000 capacity Olympic Stadium after the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
Spurs also had planning permission for a new stadium in north London approved by Haringey Council earlier this week and this would seem to be the club's preferred option.
West Ham's plan would entail the stadium's capacity reduced to 60,000 and it would host football and athletics, as well as other sports, concerts and community facilities.
For Juventus and Italy striker Toto Schillaci is to star in third series of hit Italian TV show "Squadra anti-mafia-Palermo oggi."
The 45-year-old former star of the 1990 World Cup was born in Palermo and seems fully suited to his new role as a fan of Robert de Niro and Al Pacino. Schillaci is at pains to point out he is no fan of the mafia despite a comment in 1990 to Bologna's Fabio Poli that he would have the player "shot."

Beckham has promised to give any money received from the courts to charity. The lawsuit accuses Irma of damaging Beckham's reputation and causing him "mental anguish."
Becks recently lost his cool with a Galaxy fan who taunted him over the allegations after a 2-0 home loss to New York Red Bulls.
