The 36-meter high double arch steel bridge, Doppelbogenbrucke, crosses the Rhine-Herne Canal in Nordsternpark - a leisure park built on the site of a former colliery in Gelsenkirchen in Germany's Ruhr.
The 110 meter long bridge is constructed entirely of steel, the arches rise 36 meters in height.
The bridge is for both pedestrians and cyclists.
