Stephansdom - the Gothic masterpiece dominates Vienna's skyline

Stephansdom (St. Stephen's Cathedral) in Vienna has its origins in the 12th century and is the most important religious site in Austria. The south tower of the cathedral stands at 136m tall. The 111m-long roof is covered by approximately 230,000 glazed, colored tiles.
