Time in Germany.

Germany is in the Central European Time Zone.  Central European Standard Time (CET) is 1 hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).  

Germany employs Daylight Saving Time (DST). Clocks go forward one hour from approximately the end of March to the end of October. Local German time during this summer's World Cup Finals (2006) in June and July is one hour ahead of British Summer Time (BST) in the UK.

Matches at World Cup '06 are scheduled to kick off at either 3.00pm (15:00), 4.00pm (16:00), 6.00pm (18:00), 9.00pm (21:00) local time. The Final on 9th July in Berlin will kick off at 8.00pm (20:00)
