The house and cottage at Zenzi House is situated in Northern KwaZulu-Natal on the Dolphin Coast in the conservation area known as Zinkwazi Beach. The Zinkwazi area consists of a pristine lagoon, golden beaches and lush forests.

The property is part of the Nkwazi Ridge Estate with a 30m pool, tennis court and Bali-style clubhouse with communal facilities.

This newly built designer home done in naturally earthy textures with ample decking is an ideal place to unwind and relax in beautiful surroundings. Soak in the salt water rim flow pool in the grounds.

Spend balmy evenings stargazing around the fire circle built within a fever tree grove or nippy winter nights indoors sipping merlot in front of the cosy wood burning fireplace.

The Main House

The Main House offers accommodation for 6 people in 3 double bedrooms - all with en suite bathrooms, air conditioners and ceiling fans plus beautiful sea views. All linen is provided.

The main luxury suite enjoys large stacker doors which sweep open onto two large private decks, each with breath-taking vistas of the Indian Ocean. Its en suite bathroom boasts a fee standing stone bath for two, a large indoor and outdoor shower, all with marine views, a double vanity, separate toilet and a spacious dressing room.

The airy, open-plan living area includes a lounge, dining room, designer bar & kitchen with a scullery. The multiple stacker doors and windows all flow onto the surrounding entertainment deck areas & beautiful indigenous garden....bringing the outdoors inside!

The dining room area offers an indoor gas BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen is furnished with brushed aluminum appliances, that include a large gas hob, extractor fan and double door fridge/freezer. The scullery has a large butler sink, washing machine and drier.

Zenzi Cottage

Zenzi Cottage provides spacious and comfortable accommodation for 2 people with a fully kitted out open plan kitchen, lounge, bedroom and dressing room area. Large stacker doors lead onto a private deck that invites you to take in the panoramic ocean expanse. The separate bathroom leads onto a secluded wooden deck with a double outdoor shower. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all required appliances including a gas hob.

The double lock up garage and extensive paved areas provide plentiful parking.

The entire establishment is alarmed and protected by an armed response security company. The house keeper can take care of all cleaning and laundry requirements at a rate of R100/day.

The main house and cottage can be rented as one unit or separately.

The property is about 45 minutes to the Durban Stadium.
