Fifa's World Rankings for November 2025 were published on November 20, 2025 at FIFA HQ in Zurich in Switzerland.
There was some change in the top 20 teams since October after World Cup qualification games and friendly internationals.
Euro 2024 winners Spain are still top with World Cup winners Argentina second with France in third. England are unchanged in fourth.
Next comes Brazil, Portugal, The Netherlands, Belgium, then Germany and Croatia in 10th. Euro 2020 winners Italy fall to 12th.
Morocco who reached the semifinals in Qatar 2022 are still the top African team in 11th place, with Senegal in 19th (down one place). Wales are 32nd (up two spots). The USA are in 14th place (up two places).
Australia are in 26th place (down one); Japan, who have already qualified for World Cup 2026 as have Australia, are in 18th position. South Korea are 22nd.
Scotland who have qualified for the World Cup for the first time since 1998 are 36th - up 2 places! The Republic of Ireland are in 59th place, while Northern Ireland are unchanged in 69th. The lowest-ranked team is San Marino in 210th place with Eritrea unranked.
