The international dialing code for Ukraine is 380. Ukraine's area codes begin with zero (0) and are usually 3, 4 or 5 digits long followed by a 6 digit telephone number.

When phoning from overseas dial 380 and DO NOT drop the final zero (0), then the area code without the initial zero (0). Telephone numbers within the same town or city require the area code. When dialing internationally dial 8 then wait for the dial tone, then dial 10, followed by the country code. When dialing city to city dial 8 then wait for the dial tone.
