Qatar 2022 World Cup Official Poster
The Official Posters for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar are a series of posters designed in close collaboration with famed Qatari artist Bouthayna Al Muftah.
The final designs are a reflection of the local Qatari culture and heritage tied in with FIFA's global outlook.
The defining feature of the poster is the agal - a traditional head piece worn in Qatar along with imagery of the large crowds expected to be at the games.
FIFA Marketing Director, Jean-François Pathy, said of the poster: "The Official Poster for Qatar 2022 is an atmospheric reflection of Qatar's artistic and football heritage. We are very proud of this beautiful series of posters that portray Qatar's passion for football and shines a global spotlight on such a talented, female local artist."
