Sea Life Busan Aquarium on Haeundae Beach in eastern Busan is Korea's largest aquarium.

Busan Aquarium opened in 2001 and is the work of a joint Australian-Korean design team. Around 35,000 marine creatures from 250 species are on display.

The main tank holds 3 million litres of water and the animals are seen through large, curving acrylic windows and from the 80 meter-long underwater tunnel, where visitors can look up into the tanks.
