Club History
The team are nicknamed "The Tigers" and claim to be the fourth oldest football club in the world founded in 1861. However, evidence for this claim is somewhat thin on the ground. Club colors are yellow and black shirts and black shorts.
During their history, the club have competed in the Sheffield & District Football League, the Sheffield Association League, the Midland League, the Yorkshire League, and the Northern Premier League.
The team once reached the third round of the FA Cup in 1956.
