Musashino Municipal Athletic Stadium (市立武蔵野陸上競技場) in western Tokyo is the home ground of JFL side Yokogawa Musashino FC. The stadium also hosts rugby matches and athletics. It is one of several soccer stadiums within the Tokyo metropolitan area.

The stadium first opened as an athletics venue with a running track in 1989 and has a capacity of 5,000.

The site of the arena was a former aircraft factory destroyed during World War II. The ground does not meet J3 standards.

Yokogawa Musashino FC

The club dates back to 1939 as a factory team of what is now Yokogawa Electric.

The team has competed in various local amateur leagues such as the Kanto League and Tokyo League and is has been a member of the Japan Football League (JFL), the fourth tier of Japanese football, since its inception in 1999.

In 2016 the team changed its name to Tokyo Musashino City FC with the aim of gaining promotion to the J.League. In 2017 the club's application for a J3 club license was denied as its home stadium, Musashino Municipal Musashino Athletic Stadium, did not meet the required J3 stadium standards. In 2023, the club reverted to its previous name.

Access - Getting There

The ground is 2.4 km northwest of Kichijoji Station on the JR East Chuo Main Line and the Keio Inokashira Line.

Buses 吉63 and 吉64 run from Kichijoji to close to the ground,

Musashino Shiyakushomae is the nearest bus stop and there are also buses here from Mitaka Station and Musashi-Seki Station on the Shinjuku Line.
