History & Capacity

The 6,444 capacity stadium opened in 2023 and is owned by Shiga Prefecture.

The ground has stands with seating at both sides of the grass playing surface with turf banks behind each goal.

Shiga Prefecture originally planned to build a 20,000 (15,000 seats) stadium to meet J2 licensing standards but the league ruled that Hikone is too far from Reilac's traditional base in Kusatsu to become a permanent home stadium. Reilac also had to crowd source to fund additional lighting to compete in J3 in the 2026 season.

The venue stages athletics, soccer and other sports.
